Take one small pinch of the spice ball, before or after food, either to stimulate digestion or aid with digestion.
Take for stuffy colds, flu and to keep warm.
Caution: If you already have a hot constitution this may aggravate it when taken in large quantities.
The Spice ball may also be used in cooking to spice up any dish. For example, chicken cooked in coconut milk, or with tofu to create that extra zing. It may be added to porridge to give it a less mucus and cold effect.
You can add it to milk and simmer with a little cardamom and nutmeg as a good night drink (add honey to taste).
Or just take a small amount to warm your insides when they are cold.
TO AID THE COMMON COLD
Those suffering from common or severe colds should take one tablespoon of honey, 1/4 teaspoon spice ball, a pinch of cayenne pepper and half a squeezed lemon, in some warm water and drink daily for 3 days. This process will cure most chronic coughs, colds and clear the sinuses.
