Starting The Detox Diet
  • Always make sure that you are going to the loo once a day before you start.  If you have chosen the senna and cascara product, wait four days before starting to take the clay and tinctures.  You may continue with the senna and cascara after starting the detox and other herbs.
  • You must drink a litre and a half of water every day.  The body needs to be constantly flushing out the toxins being released.
  • Have a glass of warm water and lemon first thing in the morning.

Regime
Take 1 teaspoon 5 times a day of the clay and slippery elm.  Begin in the morning 20 minutes after your morning water and lemon.  The powder mixes best if you shake it in a small empty jam jar with water or apple juice.  You need to spread the frequency of taking the formula throughout the day.  So for example, once before breakfast, once at 11 am, once with lunch, once at 4.30pm once at dinner.  If you skip any of these you can take it just before bedtime.  It is better before meals as it is quite filling. You should aim to finish off the clay and slippery elm tub in 10 days.  Along with the clay and slippery elm you need to take the Liver and Kidney Detox tinctures 3 times a day.  I recommend that you do this along side the clay and slippery elm before meals. i.e before breakfast, lunch and dinner.  When the detox has finished you will be taking probiotics

Probitoics
These are to be taken once the diet has finished.  Two capsules in the morning on an empty stomach.  I recommend Biocare acidophilusbifidus.
